Maybe Tennessee for an ESPNU game? Ole Miss?

I know some people like him, but he drives me crazy. He keeps talking to the team. He's coaching, not broadcasting. Uh, Herm? They can't hear you, buddy.

And wtf is up with calling Ridley "Addai" during one play? I guess I should be glad he didn't think Ridley was Billy Cannon.

Herm is totally annoying! He really needs to tone down the coach talk!

I tried that tonight but there was too much of time gap from radio to Satellite!

I'm glad the games are on TV. I hope they are done with ESPNU because that is the one channel on Dish not in HD.

I like Herm. I like his style. I'm fine with him doing every LSU game. After the game I turned the channel and had to listen to that retard Herbstreet talk. I'll talk Herm everyday over Herbby.

Herm- "and, and, and, and, and, he looks more confident"

his fricking clutch slips too much.

Herm is alright with me. He is much more enjoyable to listen to than some others. He calls it the way he sees it, no BS.

Yeah - he's not a master of the English language, but I like listening to a coach. He has a uncommon perspective of the game. He seems like a good guy.

Herm is an example of an individual with an excellent football mind who should never be in a booth calling a game. I've always liked the guy, and by all indications he appears to be a good guy, but knowing the game doesn't always translate to being able to provide commentary.

A few times I sincerely thought he was going to say "you play to win the game"

I disagree, he is the color commentator and I really enjoy hearing a coaches perspective in the game. He provides an insight that I have never heard before from ESPN, no bias and no bullshite.

Herbstreit said LSU is no good and that they would lose 4 SEC games, he is a homer, maybe he is afraid of LSU vs. Ohio State again!

He also referred to Miss State as Memphis State one time.
