The smallest band possible what are we talking here Tuba , Bass Drum , Flute ? Just bring along that one man Zydeco that guy is pretty good in a pinch he played at a funeral I attended in New Orleans .

Meh, I didn't mind. We enjoyed the hell out of that trip. Would have much rather that than be cramped on 1 of 8 buses to go to Ole Miss or Auburn. Came through LSU band at the perfect time: came in for the title in 07 and left before it could become the circus it is today.

There was a trip scheduled for them to go to China in the next couple of years, however, it appears that's not going to happen.

Wow....That would of been great for the band kids. I did not know/hear anything about this.

I agree.....They wanted Roy "out of the picture" so they could "mistreat" the band kids and nobody would be around to fix it.
Sad.......
