Are we better than 'bama'?

Now, I realize LSU has a few games to take care of before this war commences, but we all seem to be preparing ourselves for Nov. 5th. I have seen both teams play. Our schedule alone has earned the #1 ranking, not so much dominating play (although no other team has even come close). As much as I hate to say it bama appears to have a slight edge , IMHO. Do not kill me tiger rant, rather explain what aspects of our team are better because I really want to believe we are.

both teams are even. bama should be a 3 point favorite since it's a home game for them.

Alabama wouldn't beat Oregon.

The teams are basically equal. Bama has an obvious edge at linebacker, but I honestly believe we have an advantage at quarterback with the experience that both Lee and Jefferson bring to the table.

Our offense isn't close to peaking.

LSU's quarterback play is more experienced and likely to make a big throw.

BlazinCrimson, I don't think LSU is better than Bama but that doesn't mean the Tide will win. They are pretty even as obvious but the game being played at BDS should give them the edge. However, AJ will shite the bed. Take it to the bank.

You're the one laying out YOUR opinion, dipshit. So, what "aspects" of Bama do you see as better than LSU?

We are faster and much deeper defensively. They are better at oline and RB. we have superior qb's & moxy. That will be the difference. LSU by a FG.

Speedy I go to school in BR I am no bama fan. How about we explain ourselves rather than seem like a typical uneducated idiot.

I know this -- many Bama fans are touting this as their best team ever. That's special. We, OTOH, are fielding a team ladened with Sophomores. No way a team so young should be able to stay on the field at BDS with the best Bama team ever.
Time will tell . . .

We'll find out on November 5th. For right now, let's plan on beat UT.

Well we will shut down their passing game playing man.
They will play man on us and get burned.
Better special teams
Experience and depth at qb.
Realistically, there only real threat is Trent and lacy between the tackles. I am confident that we keep him reasonably honest.
If we stay healthy, we should win.
