Well we need to lose 2 more to get down to 85, even after Upchuch.

They will be explained to how going somewhere else is better for there future than being at LSU. Scholarships are only a one year contract so technically yes they can pull their scholarship if they wanted to.

Well, since we are all in on 4 scholarship kickers, I'm guessing no movement on that front.

That's no longer true. Scholarships are now fully guaranteed for those already here.

However, if a team is over 85 come report time for fall camp, I know they can tell an incoming freshman too bad so sad, your scholarship is no longer available... maybe pitch them a preferred walk-on spot as compensation haha.

It will all work out as it always does. By my count,LSU has lost Diarse, Quinn, and Jennings of guys which actually had some playing time, Spears, Demond, and Upchurch which had hardly any snaps. I may have missed one or two others. Anyway, I see about 4 players left that might want to transfer if they would like to play CFB.

No doubt others on the current team will as well, but I understand why they would hang in for another year or two, because they see an opportunity to play at LSU

Doesn't look like Sione Teuhema will stick around
MJ Patterson and Russell Gage could be candidates to leave
What about Derrick Dillon? Haven't heard him mentioned as doing much of anything.

Demond

didn't realize Jevonte Domond was no longer on the team.

Why was there never an announcement of him being kicked off or transferring? Did he just graduate and move on?

In that case we only need to lose 1 more guy to get to 85, shouldn't be difficult.

usually have some when fall camp starts. Guys that see they are too low on depth chart or may have grade issues.

Derrick is doing fine and will be a stalwart in the return game and receiver in the next few years

Sione will more than likely be leaving
Quinn, diarse, upchurch and Jennings are gone

Gage just switched to wide receiver and won a few awards for his offseason performance

I can see mj Patterson leaving as well as Clarke (d-end)

Don't forget donte Jackson has a lot of work to do to get qualified

I agree with the first 3 you mentioned. I hope Sione gets his act together. He can be a player but I don't like the implications for his little(big) brother. Patterson and Gage were both in my 4 I mentioned earlier. I don't see either contributing in games. Dillon is in his second year. I see him staying and he still may contribute. Voorhies and TE Washington were my other two, but this is just the 3rd year for those Tigers.
