Serious football fans know there is no comparison between Kentucky and Wofford. You're delusional. We think of Div 1AA teams the same way you think of Div 2 teams; which is to say we don't.

Wofford was a playoff team last year and shared the conference title with App. The loss to Richmond was in the playoffs. Elon has a much improved program. I think the reference to the Kentucky loss is meant to point out that conference play is always tougher.

First its the assinine comment about Jacksonville College now this...
Yes Kentucky (bowl winner for 2nd year in a row) lost to Miss. State (bowl winner) which Miss. State was fortunate in the scheduling to catch UK after they had back to back emotional games against LSU & Florida...
Also UK was the #17 ranked team at the time in the country when LSU played them so they were not the same doormat UK team from past years as you are trying to make them out to be...

I am taking it you mean won the Toilet Bowl and since 1A doesn't have a playoff making a bowl game is about the equalivant of a team making the 1AA playoffs, you have to have a winning record to have a chance to be invited to a bowl game so yes it would be justified...
I mean its the same excuse that is being given by you Apps for losing to Wofford, "they are a solid team, a conference rival and they made the playoffs"...is it not? Just asking...

There is no comparison between Wofford and LSU and no real App State fans expects the Apps to come home with a victory. Most want to see a respectable finish and a run at another FCS
National Championship run. I would say a 41-21 score is reasonable but I did watch a replay of the Arkansas game and when McFadden was in behind center he was unstoppable and a lot of holes opened up. App will run a lot of the same things Arkansas did with two back sets and such. Armanti is a lot more like McFadden than Tebow. He runs almost a tenth of a second faster in the 40 which is quite a bit of difference in acceleration. So i see 41-28. I'm sure this post will be shot down.

You know you had a respectable post going till that little finger problem at the end...you will find a big difference between the LSU D at the beginning of the season and one that is playing the last game of an SEC schedule...

For God's sake the VT offense only scored 10 points against East Carolina in Blacksburg the week before they played LSU.
