apparently Brandon Winey is not going to be indicted on attempted murder charge

That is fricked up, he shot Jones he should be in jail. If he can shoot a person and get away with it, what makes you think the next time he is in the same situation the next victim won't die!!!

this is likely a case of the state not being able to prove it was such a high charge. it doesn't mean that no charge will ever be brought/stick

Inside information jones damn near killed a guy over this same girl beat him with brass knuckles but the guy didn't file charges the girl invited jones there knowing winey was there and they were both smashing the chick not saying he was right but jones came at him and than got shot
