That MOST OF THE TIME when Devin White gets 2 hands on the ball carrier they just stop instantly? There can be a 220 pound running back running full speed and if Devin can get both hands on him from the back the running back looks like he was tied to a redwood and the slack ran out.

Devin is strong as frick, fast as frick, and will be a first rounder.

I honestly think he can be a top 5 pick. He is going to test off the charts at the combine....at 250lbs.

Let's enjoy his 1.75 remaining years

It's gonna suck to lose him but I cant wait to see him at the combine. I think he's getting close to 260 too. He will run like 4.55 at 260

White is a faster, more physical beckwith. What that guy encompasses at his size is scary. He is certainly putting out good film and lsu linebackers are becoming a brand in the NFL.

I thought we weren't implementing the 24 game schedule until 2020?

I don't understand why he wasn't a 5 star recruit. He wasn't even in the top 100

Kid made a great life altering decision switching to LB.

I'm sure he would have been a hell of a RB as well, but he will make millions more by making that switch to LB.

Yes it was instantly evident when he got those vice grips on you as a freshman. Balls were getting ripped out with ease too.

He's one bad man I wouldn't mess with.

Saban wanted him bad. He chose his hometown tigers and we as fans are sure glad he did. DW

He graded out a consensus high four star, but that was as a running back. He played both ways and was a consensus five star as a linebacker but he was only letting teams recruit him at RB, so the RB evaluation stuck. Jimmy Deets' grades and evaluation of White was off the charts as LB. Devin was really wanting to play RB at this level but after Les and Aranda talked to him about switching, he bit. I think he saw the possibility of immediate PT at LB (because of the empty cupboard Chief left us at LB) as opposed to sitting behind LF7 and DG5 for two or three years.
