Anyone else notice Patterson looked pissed after Hornsby's buzzer-beater?

Everyone on LSU going crazy (and who could blame them; we all were going crazy) while Patterson looked like one of the Arkansas players.

I hope appearances are wrong, but it sure as hell appeared he was pouting selfishly because he didn't get the final shot. What's his deal?

I noticed that as well... But I'm sure he's fine and happy we won.

Only things I've heard about him are good things and he's a good young man and teammate.

I think he's just stone cold. That's what you want from a shooter. Not high when things are great. Not low when things are bad. Just even-keeled.

he's a competitor. a guy that wants to take the big shot.

this is a non-issue.

I don't think his demeanor means he was upset.

Some guys jump for joy, others walk slowly letting it sink in.

I don't know what he was thinking, but I wouldn't read too much into him not reacting with emotion.

Maybe he was relived they got the shot off. It wasn't looking good. Patterson rarely shows any emotion anyway. Why work so hard to try and create controversy after a great win?

I wonder what Ronald Dupree was saying to him.

I don't even think Kobe would be pissed in that situation

He's probably just letting it all sink it at how LSU somehow pulled off the unthinkable

Not every athlete is an emotional "jump around and go crazy" guy.

He was smiling while the ball was in midair. He knew it was going to go in. Some people just react differently. Non-issue.

Also he went up to Hornsby after all the celebrations and said good shite keith

Dude.....relax your shite. Not everybody is a cheerleader. One of the reasons he doesn't turn it over is cause he is calm and collected

What a dumb fricking assumption. You give the rant it's bad name

Hornsby is the best shooter on the team.

Patterson can shoot, and had a great game today. But Hornsby is the best shooter we have.

Hornsby shoots 5.6 3s a game and shoots 39.3% from 3. Patterson shoots 3.4 3s a game and is shooting 34.4% from 3.

So Hornsby shoots more 3a and has a much better % from deep. He's the best shooter on the team.

I noticed it...I'm thinking he might have been looking to see if Hornsby actually got it off in time.

Just rewatched. Like somebody already said, he congratulated Hornsby afterward. Nothing to see here.
