I was nervous before MSU, WVU, and before this last week. All of these turned out to be blowouts. Talk to me in 2 weeks, but right now i feel confident. After reading threads by BAMA

None of these teams are even close to the level of Alabama. It's going to be a close game.

It's obvious everyone is feeling this. I heard Saban actually fax in the forfeit to Miles office yesterday.

IF LSU plays like they did against Auburn, we will win the game by double digits. No one could play with LSU Saturday. A big if, but this team is getting better each week.

After the AU game, I have more faith in this team than ever. I was a little concerned after the WVU and State game, and the first half of the UT game, but this team is shaping up to be something really, really special...I think everyone feels it. Even the media is coming around.

UT showed the nation that Bama is human, and there are some chinks in the armor. I think this sets up nicely for an LSU win.

LSU by 10 IMO.

We are built to stop a pro style attack. I think we are going to perform well.

I am cautiously optimistic we take down Bama...If we play like we have all season, and avoid stupid plays and/or turnovers, we win. What's amazing is that both teams have been wiping the floor with everyone they played, but in two weeks, we know one will go down...
If both teams play up to expectations, and the game goes down to the wire, then who is to argue against a rematch? The only people who would be against it would be the winner in 2 weeks...can either team do it twice?? I still say they are both far better than anyone else.

Gonna give an obvious answer, but I think the biggest point of interest is our offense vs their defense.

We most likely won't move the ball as well as we did against auburn or any other team on our schedule for that matter. It's a matter of winning field position and keeping the lead over Bama for majority of the game.

I think our offense has better scoring capabilities so to me it's all about forcing Bama out of their offensive strength, which is likely to pound and gash with their talented RBs. Give our defense more breathing room and eventually they will have to go to the air more often as time runs out. All about preventing the big play from there (which won't be easy at all).

If they screw up in trying to do too much, that's where you'll see LSU pull ahead by a couple scores.

Yeah, I could see it. All depends on Trent Richardson. What if he were hurt? CBS execs in tears...

funny you say that. I have already called my bama friends and laid the 2 TD bet. They think I'm nuts.

we'll see.

The whole trick is to score fast and make bama play from behind that has ALWAYS been a death nail for saban and has been exploited several times.

I think we come out with a hurry up offense score first and go from there

Easier said then done though
