I would be much more worried if it were a mid-season game, with no media attention and between some big games, because App State is scrappy and has a winning mentality. However, it being at the beginning of the year, our guys will be amped up and ready to play against someone besides their own teammates, and App State isn't sneaking up on anyone.

What makes you think App isnm't tired of playing against their teamates? LSU won't be sneaking up on App either like Michigan almost did, App was trying to prepare for the season but had to hold off the potential upset.

this was a fluke. i like App State and i think they have a great little program. but seriously, had Michigan prepared and taken them seriously last year they would've beaten the shite out of App. State. now they put it in their heads that can beat anybody. we over looked them in 05 and they still didn't score on us. this coaching staff will not take them likely and they won't catch anyone sleeping this time. we will win 56-10.

Michigan should have been able to beat us on a bad day. It just goes to show you anything can happen. Having said that, and I've said it before LSU will be prepared, will want to put the game away early so it can rest starters. With weeks to prepare and Miles screaming this is a must win game it could be the best performance by LSU this year regardless of opponent.

I haven't played too many "money lines" in college football. That's how baseball is wagered. But my GUESS would be (and this is strictly an educated guess, some professional bettors can correct me on this): a team favored by 20 points (if that's even the line on this game) would have a money line of around $250??? Meaning in order to win $100 you would have to risk $250. It might be higher than that though.

Nah no one irons in my bag...Maybe a 5 wood...I have the wedge game going...miss a lot of greens and get up and down a lot...makes for frustrating days when the touch ain't there but I can scrape it around...Now where the hell do you tailgate...oh and BITE ME, swamp swiller
