..2nd question:

How many more 2 TE sets would we have run in the Spring game if he was practicing?

No word. Honestly, if he does get the waiver (doesn't look like he will) I'd work him in at LT.

That's where he will play at the next level. And it would definitely help with depth/pass pro concerns.

As with most things, I would assume the longer it takes, the less likely that it will be granted.

I don't think he's going to get it. But they would prob line up in the two TE set zero more times than they did. Considering they rarely line up in a two TE set.

I would think they have to make a decision shortly, since the draft is coming up. In fairness to him, this should have been decided well before now.

You would think they would let him know so he could be part of the draft or at least sign a free agent deal.

Yea the more time passes the less likely. You'd think they'd want to let him know do could get name in the draft.

It's bullshite to have waited this long. Les should have let him be practicing and in the spring game.

He is most certainly not getting a medical redshirt. He done.

He isn't going to play tackle at the next level. How would you even work him in with the the multitude of guys you already have over there? He's going to be a blocking tight end.

Like I said Les should just let him practice and say "you took too long, I made the decision"

Mike D has said he will play tackle in the NFL. Nothing personal but I trust Mike's opinion here.

He also said that Anthony Johnson would go in the second or third round, Trai Turner in the 4th,and Mettenberger in the third in 2014. He is far from infallible.

He technically has no eligibility left, therefore he can't practice with the team, Les has nothing to do with it. In addition I'm not sure he's physically ready anyway.

Hopefully he gets his redshirt. Colin Jeter spent a lot of time in the backfield last year (not in a good way).
