So barely any rain after 1?
Posted on 11/2/22 at 7:55 am to BilbeauTBaggins
So the rain will be over by 4

So it should stop raining by 1 pm? I wish the field staff could figure out how to keep the field dry.

It was my understanding there would be no math on this board.
Looks like vast majority of precip should be clear by 10AM.

I’ve always had this question.
During huge periods of rain and snow, can’t NFL and power five teams afford to just lay a cover over the field to let rain and snow not accumulate on the field?
Then just roll that thing off 1 hour before the players arrive?

I do agree with that.
I would assume that recently built outdoor stadiums have that option to roll out Two of them from the end zone.

Fact of the matter is, rain is coming regardless. I hope they keep the field dry before kickoff. Looks like by looking at all weather reports the front will be through BR by 3pm. If it slows down then different story. But, this is reality. Lets hope the grounds keepers are watching and have a dry plan.
