Allow Greedy & Ed To Make The Fiesta Bowl Trip?

If you are the head coach, do you allow them to make the trip? Both are healthy and both are needed for the game. I respect their decisions to enter the draft and look after their futures, however I would not allow them to make the trip.

I'm sure both have hired an agent (Greedy most certainly did) which would make him not eligible to make the trip with the team, or play college football.

No, I don't let them travel with the team. I know they are doing what they feel is right for them, but they are bailing on their team mates. You don't get rewarded for that.

Alexander’s agent is going to front him maybe $10k
So he has to live between now and the NFL on that money. Then he is not going to get drafted. He will sign as a FA (maybe) and get a $7-10k signing bonus. Which he will then have to hand to the agent
He has about a 25% chance of catching on a practice squad. Remember that Gilmore and Lacatoure who were both much better college players than EA did not make a practice squad
Just on room and board over the next 12 months he would be much better served staying at LSU
So no. Frick him for being such a colossal dumbass as to follow this path. Btw. Make him give back any Fiesta Bowl swag he has already received

Heard both "declared", didn't hear any confirmation of them having hired an agent. Obviously if both have agents, then they can't make the trip. If they don't have an agent at this point, they are SOL...

NOPE. You abandon your "brothers", you are on your own.
And don't give me the crap about "why take a chance on getting hurt", because it's bullshite. These guys have been playing football since...what, the 3rd grade and now they are ...........never mind.....entitled attitude is what it is and nothing will change it.
