So predictable. No matter what he does or says, it's wrong.

Im not a fan of his, but i can back Alleva on this. All it will do is bring more money. You need that to continue to stay on top. More people staying, more people buying stuff.

Not a great idea unless bathroom upgrades part of it.

This too. The SEZ concourses are cluster-fricks of massive proportions to begin with. I shudder to think what it would be like with beer.

We'd never lose a home game ever if we sold alcohol. The stadium would be loud all 4 quarters every game.

Yea nothing like paying $8 for shitty beer.

I'll stick to my smuggled liquor that's the cost of 2-3 beers and is enough for two people the whole game

I have had plenty of friends leave games because we had alcohol outside the stadium and not inside the stadium... Could work.

Would love the idea.

Show me the guy that's forcing you do it. I'll give him a piece of my mind.

Fact of the matter is, thousands upon thousands of people would buy a few beers every game and bring more money to our AD. And it could maybe, in theory, curb some drunken idiocy that people seem to dislike.

I want this more for baseball and basketball than i do for football. But would be very excited if we get it for all three.

do you have any confidence that the current vendor system could handle the extra volume of business?

The degenerate drunks are already sneaking alcohol in. So they might as well make a buck out of it.

how many sloppy drunks wouldn't be quite so bad off if you could just drink beer instead of having to sneak in liquor or chug outside the gates? Of course the rant is full of manly men who always handle their booze but I'd be willing to bet a lot of issues could be avoided if liquor wasn't the only option.
Exactly.

I've supported beer sales in TS for years. And not because I can't drink in TS now.

Right now, they drink excessively in the parking lot before they come in because they can't get alcohol inside. Perhaps if they had access in the stadium, they wouldn't drink as much when they come in.

Read:

They drink excessively now and are doing so on the cheap, with liquor and beer they buy from stores, then they sneak that shite in and drink more. If we sold beer at the stadium for $9.00 a pop, we could take all (or much) of that potential money that's literally sitting right outside the gates of the stadium and then making its way in covertly, and turn it into millions upon millions of dollars.

I wouldn't be opposed to it

no. shite.
