Honestly guys... The kid has A LOT of talent. We have seen it in bites and pieces this year. And i know not as much as all of us have wanted to. But a decision needs to be made. How are we gonna use the kid in this offense. This "Well we are gonna use him as qb, wr, and rb," bullshite has to end. Pick a spot and get the kid the reps there he needs to become a outstanding player for this damn team.

We have all seen how he looks confused when he comes on the field. Could that be cuz he has to learn more routes in certian plays then anyone else on the field. Well shite on this play im a reciver i have to run this route, and on the play im the qb so i have to to this, and this play im a rb so i have to do this. Pick one spot and get him in there. Keep him there, GET HIM SOME FREAKIN PLAYING TIME!!!

Honestly i would like to use him the same way we used RP in 2007. That team was good because we had two qbs that were the exact opposites of each other. RP could run the option effectively, but also could fake the option drop back and throw the long ball. We need to develope this kid into a one position player, not and every position player.

Honestly, I like him better at an all-purpose position. He's a threat every time he's on the field.

He's only a threat to run as a qb

he should NEVER be on the sideline as long as our offense is on the field

especially with your top two running backs hurt

He is best as a runner. Leave him at QB or RB

They can use him at many different positions on many different plays, but they don't. We use him when we are in behind situations. Then everyone in the stands and at home know he's getting the ball. Come on.

The reason he came here was b/c we were the only school promising him a shot to play QB. So where is he going to go?

Any school would utilize him more than we are. Oklahoma, Texas, Florida are all going to need a QB or All purpose guy.

all of those teams have young QBs, as well as some young all purpose types that have a yr on Shep from him sitting out. if Miles lets Crowton go, I'm thinking the new OC will have find a way to get Shep the ball more.

High school stats as a senior showed he only threw for 1800+ yards and had 20 touchdown passes. 55% completion ratio and only 4 Ints. His rushing stats were 1900+ yards.

Pretty balanced attack, too bad we only use one of his many weapons and too bad he only averages about 4 touches a game.

Guys come on nothing to worry about! We have him for 4 more years. Oh wait nevermind we burnt his red shirt this year. It's a shame to waste his talent with just a few touches. If we weren't or he wasn't ready even though he came half a year early, then we should of red shirted him. Ps he's not the only one who causes delay of game penalties. ??? So maybe it's not a player thing but a coach thing getting the calls in. It seems the coaches don't know what to do.
