Tua finished 9 games with a 206 passer rating, and threw 33 TDs.

Smith, Jeudy and Riggs are all better WRs than Higgins and Ross and even if they were all equal, Alabama has 3 of them and Waddle.

Nahjee Harris is a more complete back. Etienne is just faster.

and there is a better OL.

And Alabama only scored 34 on offense at home with 2 turnovers.

AND our defense is playing better.

Idk about that, but I do agree our defense is playing at a level they are not being given credit for

Maybe the RB comparison is a stretch, but Harris has 7 receiving TDs, and definitely can run with more power.

Faster is important if you get running lanes though

He can take it to the house from anywhere and seems to bounce off of tacklers pretty well for not being huge

To be fair, I’ve only watched highlights of the Clemson OSU game this year. I don’t think watching them play against wake forest is an accurate way to determine how good they really are.

Najee V’s. Etienne is a wash.

Won’t matter anyway. Clemson will be playing from behind and will have to throw the ball ALOT.

BAMA has(had) a better offense. No way TL throws for 400+ on this D.

Etienne is really the only thing about Clemson that worries me. If he has a huge game he could keep them close, and he's got the speed to outrun our LB's and safeties. I hope we can get penetration and make plays at the line or behind the line.

Bah, who am I kidding? We gonna smoke these fools.

I think you're spot on. I think we hold their offense to less than 30.

Would not surprise me if he does as I think we will stall their run game and they will be playing from behind.

But, like Tua, he will be around 55% completion rate and YPA will be much lower than his usual.

It will look good in a boxscore like Tua, but will be a loss for TL.

Our offense can score on anyone. I am not too worried.

Etienne has been underestimated his whole career and will be playing with a chip on his shoulder.

He scares me more than TL and def more than Najee.

I think TL will make some mistakes against our D. Their receivers will make some plays, but I think our DBs will too.

It's just going to be a battle. Our leader hasn't let us down yet and hasn't flnched no matter how ugly the battle, so I am glad to be rooting for LSU.

Our offense will take the field expecting to score every possession. If they force us to dink and dunk, we will do that, and it will keep their offense off the field.
I think their offense is good, but it will be a fight for them to get points

You could make an argument that it is one of these '>' better, but not multiple by a long stretch.

Personally, I'd say they are about a wash, as far as difference between the two. Bama may actually have more NFL talent on their defense, for whatever that's worth.

Ironically, Ole Miss started the narratie that our Defense was garbage and may have ended it actually being bad.

We had given up points before, but Texas and Alabama can score.

Ole Miss is trash, and put up BIG numbers on us in a short amount of time.

After that the Defense woke up, and have played completely different.

Statistically speaking if you take out our game against Bama they have one of the best defenses in CFB.

A stat that caught my attention is Clemson's offensive stats vs OSU.

Leading rusher for Clemson - TL - 16 carries for 107 (Etienne was 10 carries for 36)

Leading receiver for Clemson - Etienne - 3 catches for 98 yrds. No other receiver had over 50 yrds receiving.

Does this mean that Clem found a way to win when their offensive game plan went to hell?

Don't know what this means for the game on Monday but interesting.

It means they found a way for 29 points to be enough

And barely.

I think a lot of y’all are just trying to convince yourselves that Clemson isn’t that good. Well they are good and most likely be a challenge.
