After further review, we can make a legitimate run this year.

Clearly all the talking heads were wrong. In every possible way.

"BYU will challenge LSU"

"LSU is on upset alert"

Yeah, no. Sorry.

First off, the defense did not skip a beat from last years beatdown of Lamar Jackson. Aranda coached them up extremely well. And thats the key.

No, not Arden Key. Who, by the way, didnt even seem like he was missing Saturday night.

BYU came in believing they had a shot. The games they lost last year were by a total of 8 points , I believe? We more than doubled that. Sandblasted them. Demoralized them beyond belief.

Up 20-0 we decided to go for it on 4th down on the 3. We never took our foot off the gas. Not once.

That defense will keep us in every single game this year.

What offense right now scares us? Lets be honest.

Auburn is coming to Baton Rouge this year.

Floridas QBs have zero pocket awareness, which is a death sentence in the SEC.

Ole Miss got 27 dropped on them against South Alabama.

Mississipi State is an unknown, and to their credit put together a great game defensively against charleston. Even still. We outmatch them at every position.

Even Alabama took 7 trips to the FSU 30 saturday night amd came away with only one TD.

I ask again, who threatens us offensively?

Negatigers , this is probably stroking you out right now. And if i gave a shite about that id apologize.

Canaranda is the truth you motherfrickers.

Geaux tigers!

Can we wait until we play a decent team or a few more games to get our boners?

The OL will progress fine.

Kickoff coverage and red zone issues are my main concern

Absolutely! ! This is among the most talented rosters in the nation, with an amazing coaching staff. These players, and coaches are not playing for "there's always next year". They are all in right now!

I still have serious questions/concerns about the offense.

I'll wait to crown us till SEC play.

They will only get better. This was one of the brighter spots in this game. The way they completely pushed BYU's front around. Coming into the game all we heard was how big and how BYU's front will give our thin offensive line trouble. They completely kicked their dicks in!

It's been a while since I have seen our OL do that in a game for all 4 quarters!

While I agree, it's only been 1 game so far. I'll wait a few more weeks before I make legitimate predictions for how we do.

Not with Etling. He is slow to release and has no arm. He is a good game manager. I'm not getting on the bandwagon again until they beat Alabama.
