Looks like here's what will happen:

Nobody is going to make a call on this and it's already Tuesday.

SC officials will figure out by Thursday: "Hey, we have too many infrastructure problems! It's dry, but we can't have the game here!"

Then the game will be canceled.

That instead of the SEC, NCAA, and SC being proactive and working NOW to move the venue.

The game is being played, they would have already moved it if they were going to... Too many logistics to move it at this point.

I know we all want to be cynical, but come on people. Just because they haven't announced anything doesn’t mean they aren’t working on it. I seriously doubt that they are just in "wait and see mode," but if there is no news to report, then there isn’t anything they can say. I know, I know, there is no room on this board for logic such as this... bring on the down votes.

I agree the game will be played. It might just be played to an empty stadium. If they are going to move it the decisions should be done by the end of the day today

Wasn't there a pro game played to a empty stadium?

I know that happened recently with baseball for the riots in Baltimore, but there weren't the same logistical issues. It really is just senseless to try to play this game there at this point.

why even play there then? they could actually play somewhere else and make several million and donate the proceeds to a relief fund. it seems stupid to play a football game in an empty stadium. it's quite a lot different than the baltimore orioles playing a midweek regular season baseball game in an empty stadium

Today should be the day a decision is made. This was from last night concerning the university:

It is our intention to notify the campus tomorrow morning of our decision for the remainder of the week.

They going to re-open businesses, roadways, fix 10 broken dams, repair bridges, regain the water treatment, clear away millions of gallons of water, and have the ability to accommodate thousands more people....all in 2-3 days when people start arriving?

Who says we want to send our team and personnel there? This is a dangerous situation. I'm guessing a cancellation.
