That 48-7 win over the mighty Kent State must have been awfully impressive.
I just don't get how you can rank Bama ahead of LSU when LSU beat the number 3 team in the freaking nation, who made the BCSNC game last year. I know it's only 1 game, but a win over Oregon >> win over Kent State
FWIW, I don't mind if Bama moves ahead of LSU with a good win over Penn State.

And what sucks only the winner will play in the SECCG, and go on to the NCG, while the other gets a BCS oh well bowl.

Richardson has been the most over hyped player since Russell Shepard.
People talking about heisman, all-american, best in the country.

Agree that he is over hyped, but I also think he is really good. The past couple of years he has shown that he is a badass.
But this sesaon, Ford has a 6.9 average and 2 touchdowns against Oregon while Richardson has a 2.8 average and 3 touchdowns against Kent St.
If Richardson can light up Penn State, then I'll think otherwise. For now, I'd take Ford every time

Why does that suck? Win the game, go on to the Championship. Why should the loser go to the championship game, because their self-esteem might suffer?

The best RB in the country doesn't put up 2.8 ypc against Kent State.

yeah that 3 yard average against Kent St was a great way for the best rb in the country to start the season.
If he's the best, he shouldn't have games like that.
