This number should improve after managing to keep some Juniors this past season, right?

Teams must stay above a 930 to avoid penalties — which can include cuts to practice time or scholarship limits. Teams must exceed a 930 four-year average to be eligible for the postseason.

In case anyone was wondering. Also, the lowest APRs for the entire P5 are:

TCU (935)
Kansas (936)
LSU (941)
Texas Tech (941)
FSU (945)
WVa (945)

That shouldnt matter. UK basketball, for example, has a perfect APR score. As long as the student isnt a jackass, leaving early does not hurt the APR

You can lead a kid to study hall but you can't make him think.

If the student leaves the school in good standing then it doesn't count against the APR.

The NCAA does adjust APR, on a student-by-student basis, in two circumstances. One exception that can be made, is for student-athletes who leave prior to graduation, while in good academic standing, to pursue a professional career. Another is for student-athletes who transfer to another school while meeting minimum academic requirements and student-athletes who return to graduate at a later date

Certainly there is a want for the APR ranking to return to health. This is a quality group of young men that are looking forward to the challenge.

These numbers are a little ridiculous. A 941 is essentially a 94.1%. Each player can get two points and then they total all of those point and divide by points possible. Then multiply by 1000. So if there were 100 guys on the team then 6 caused the 941.

Just to add some parody to this, LSU has also been very high on this in recent years.

Hey maybe this means the amount of academic fraud is less than other schools.

Hap Glaudi used to say that all those people in Tiger Stadium do not show up to see some kid take a test!

Miles survived the coup. Someone needs to kill the snake. LSU has administration problems. This is upsetting.
