A&M Tickets - What Is LSU Waiting On?

They still haven't assigned A&M tickets on my account. I've never seen them wait this long to assign or ship away tickets. Has anyone heard what the holdup is? We are trying to get the family as close as possible for the game so Id like to know what section I got so I can know where to buy more.

The game still says "TBD" on the schedule on ESPN. Might have something to do with it.

How would the time of day the game is played at impact the distribution of tickets?

What does TBD have to do with issuing tickets? They don't have to print the time or tv coverage on them.

I dunno. I said it might. I have no clue why they haven't issued the tickets yet. I figured they put the times of the games on the tickets.

I don't think their expansion is 100% complete. Regardless they announced our quantities already and they're screwing us again. Whatever BS deal Slive made with them and Mizzou about how they don't have to offer the normal SEC away minimum for X amount of years is garbage after an expansion.

They are supposed to be mailed by end of month. Said they would notify by email prior

First off, the game time is set. Unlike any other away game which had tickets mailed out in August. You need to go back to school.
It's gotta be a stadium expansion issue on where they are splitting us up.

Okay. Any reason to be a dick? I was just trying to help.

ticket office told me that seat assignments would be given before the end of this month. How many tickets did we get? 6,000?

It's 100% complete as far as this season goes.

A&M has increased the visitor's allotment this year thanks to the expansion. I think it will be 7,000. As to location, the lower bowl portion of the visitor's allotment (about 2000 seats) will be sections 30 and 31. Most of the rest of the visitor seating will be in the North endzone, the top rows of 501-506 and 519-524. There may be some visitor's seats at the top of the south end zone, but I haven't seen any indication of that yet.

I'm wondering how many tickets will be available by scalpers on game day? Prices on the Stub are too high.
Since it is Thanksgiving night surely plans can change at the last minute leaving a few tickets for us hopefuls, right?

Thanks aggie but your image map shows sections 30 and 31 being for A&M students. I think the SEC requires a certain amount of visitor seats have to be on the sideline behind the visitor bench.

quote:The SEC just requires 2000 in the lower bowl. Trust me--those endzone seats will be much better than the "sideline" seats you guys got last time. Don't pay too much attention to the other information in that chart--it's not entirely accurate. We've had students in a lot more sections than that chart would indicate. For the first two games, they have put the visitors in 30 and 31, and the usual sections in the north upper endzone have been rather empty (so I'm assuming those are still in the visitor's allocation).
