I see this used a lot.
If theyve been doing it for that long.. Why cant they stop it yet? Teams routinely put up 40+.

How are they built to frick up teams like us? If anything LSU has proven to consistently frick up teams with high power and fast offenses. We’ve been doing this for close to a decade.

Surly Horns has the most delusional fans I've ever seen. and they are generally just dicks. they have a strong better/smarter than you attitude. especially towards Louisiana. Can't wait to return to the board after Saturday

The difference is....
We will put up at least 30 on their defense.
They would be lucky to put up 15 on ours.

We could run our offense from last year and I’d be confident LSU would win. LSU’s pass rush and the stinginess of the DBs is going to show in a big way.

The difference is we have things to back it up. There actually is reason to believe that LSU will have the #1 defense in the country. Most people do.
On the other hand, using the fact that Texas faces, and gives up about 40 point to, spread offenses every week, is not actually a valid defense of being able to stop ours.
Also, we aren’t calling Ehlinger trash like y’all called Burrow trash.
I mean, some of it it downright delusion. I had a Texas fan tell me your secondary was better than ours. Ya know, the one with the best safety and corner in all of college football?

Yes, shocking fans of a top 10 team have the gall to think their team will win. And the gall to think their opponents are overrated. You would never see that kind of analysis over here

Texas has every reason to be confident and so do the Tigers. I am not taking anything for granted this season--I want to take it one game at a time and hopefully we bring our A game each time.
We play our A game and Texas is toast--I think a lot of college football is sleeping on our QB--he is better than most give him credit.

If you're comparing last years stats to this years teams, here's some stats for you.
LaTech 417 total yds 330 passing 21pts vs LSU in 2018 week 4
LaTech 413 total yds 340 passing 14pts vs Texas in week 1
Texas led 38-0 going into the 4th quarter before putting in its second team players. Texas wins 45-14
LSU led 24-14 going into the 4th quarter while keeping in it's starters. LSU wins 38-21.
