Tigerdroppings is a board for people who share opinions on every topic known to man. Rumors and tidbits are the name of the game [another form of an opinion].
You might as well shut down the Recruiting Board if rumors are off limits.

All of the links to the articles by Jimmy Smith, Rabalais, etc, have contained information leaked by "sources" - which is really no different than an individual on this board posting something from their own "sources".
The implicit assumption is that sports writers must have infallible sources, but I think it's obvious that there are a few posters on this board that certainly have legitimate connections.

Not sure the coaching change rumors were reason it was whacked. It may have been the shift to personal info about Miles.

Besides, if something big like what's being suggested is going down, it's best to let it stay quiet until all parties are ready to announce it.
