Just how hard does he have to fail for you to realize what an absolute shite hire this was?

Would 7-5 do it for you?

Do you have a crystal ball or something how do you know they will end up 7-5? Give the man a shot for gods sake.

Why are u assuming he will fail. Doesn't he at least deserve a chance with a full spring,a full fall camp, and a staff that he puts together?

I thought you said you were going to find another team to root for. Why are you still here?

Better question for you. What is success for O? Is it beat Bama or bust?

It depends on what he "fails" at. If the recruiting classes remain high and he just isn't getting it done on the field, then we are pretty much in the same spot as we are today. If recruiting class les fall and we are losing, then we are in trouble.

It is all just buying time until Saban retires. No coach on the planet has shown that they can beat Saban consistently.

He gets just as much rope as I would have given Fisher or Herman. 9-3 minimum with the losses being competitive or very close loses.

I got news for you - that remark is true about every college coach in this country.

TD save your breath. The 0 supporters, like Miles supporters, won't change. They don't want to win bad enough to step out of their comfort zone. Like you said last night, they struggle with the unfamiliar. Most in this state are so used to mediocrity it's just become a way of living.
So, things will never change

We just hired a man whose SEC record at his only other head coaching gig was 3-21, and we are supposed to believe it was a good hire? ??

You can't just post a record. 7-5 would be bad but 7-5 followed by 9+ win seasons is different.

Just how good would he have to be for you to realize that he was a good hire? Would 10-2 do it for you?

Look, I know that you can't help it, momma left you on the tit too long, but try, just try to look for the positives in any given situation. You might just surprise yourself at how much more enjoyable everything is if you aren't looking for and hoping for the worst case scenario.

What about the head coaching job he just had for half a season? Seems more relevant than what happened 9 years ago.

How hard would it be for you to quit posting. You have absolutely no idea how this hire will pan out so instead of being a baby with a titty in your mouth support the Tigers and be glad the program is moving in a new direction.
