I can tell that it must be a kid who started this thread and kids responding to it. BTW Bama and LSU were the two best teams on the field during that time. The better team won the NC and you kids need to deal with it. Ya'll talk homefield advantage. You kids need to look up how many times that BAMA won in Tiger Stadium since 1969. You kids need to do some research before you post and respond.

That was the basis for the OP. It had nothing to do with this year's NC Game or a streak from 1969. It was simply in response to the "Bama owns everybody" crowd. In the last 10, 20 and 30 years we have come closer to owning them than vise versa.

If you carefully look at how the last few weeks of the season played out then there is no way on earth you honestly believe this. An undefeated Alabama team definitely would have had to beat LSU on 1/9/12 to win the national championship. If Bama wins 9-6 on Nov 5th, the circumstances would have been exactly the same accept replace Bama for LSU in the #2 spot.
