No, you let Gray make the decisions and you deserve to lose

He was saving his TOs for overtime.

If only Jones knew the rule that you can cash in timeouts for points, we'd be in OT right now!

Could CJJ be dumb enough to think that timeouts could roll over into the next game?

Whatever he would have drawn up was probably worse than what they did

A lot of coaches don't call timeouts off of inbounds plays like that. Try to catch the defense while it isn't set.

I hope Ben Simmons and Antonio Blakeney dont have second thoughts on coming here.

Maybe he didn't call the time out because he knows we haven't scored after a time out in his tenure here.

With 8 seconds left in the game, a team protecting a lead and built on defense like A&M was not going to be caught off-guard. Someone tell CJJ, ya know, for like next time and stuff.

The failure to call a timeout prior to TQ fall-away 3 attempt was worse. JJ just stood there and watched the possession turn to shite.

Sadly that possession was coming off a timeout

They were though. House just made a great play. House left his man wide open in the deep corner but made a great recovery.

Or maybe they had a play set and thought that it would work. Maybe he thought he had a mismatch somewhere on the court and didn't want to give A&M a chance to sub. Gray was 1 for 1 in game winning shots so why not give him a chance to win it?

He's the opposite of Les. Les would call one at halftime if he could.

Unfreaken believable...i will do time management for 1000 bucks per game. He didn't call a time because he didn't know what to tell them?

Gray was never going to do anything but hog the ball in that case. Everybody in the building knew it. Jones needed to take the ball out of his fricking hands.

THIS!

Odds were better that we drive down and get a layup than actually drawing up a successful play from the TO. Just doesn't appear to be a strong in game coach. Half court offense down the stretch is atrocious.

He should have called TO and took Gray out of the game. At least then we have a shot
