re:
the Hat: never loss 2 consecutive games
the Hat: Only 3 regular season losses in 43 games
the Hat: 2 of 4 years interrupted by hurricanes
the Hat: his losses..............................
2005: 2 losses--Katrina/Rita factored big time and one was in OT
2006: 2 losses--(refgate 3-7 loss to 11-2 AU) and (NC UF team)
2007: 2 losses--(both 3OT) with shady officiating.
The Hat could easily be 41-1....Seriously.

Do any of you realize that only a few years ago (before they put the overtime rules) Les would be 37-3-3. That is just sick. He has lost 6 games and only 2 of them were not competitive up to the very last second. This man is amazing.

and of the 2 we were not competitive:
2006 vs Florida: LSU beat itself and lost to the refs as much or more than they were beat by Florida (muffed punt, fumble on the 1, stolen Hester TD, etc. etc.)

2005 vs Georgia: played 10 straight games after one of the worst natural disasters in the history of the US and we lost our starting QB (credit to Georgia who actually did beat us and didn't have it handed to them)

The Georgia loss in the 2005 SEC CG may be the only legitimate loss on the Hat's record. (However, to balance that thought... how many of the wins were NAILBITERS!!??!!?? and could have gone either way.)

so true... the only loss being to UGA.

you want to get even sicker?

it took one of worst natural disasters in US history, coupled w/ another devastating storm in 2005 and Refgate in 2006 to possibly keep us out of 3 straight MNC games.

Much better than "CLM". That acronym should be banned as it's Bama internet slang started with "CNS". I recommned banning CLM for LFM. (Les fricking Miles!)
