I thought 8-4 would be great this season. I hollered for jerking Jarrett Lee and putting in Jordan Jefferson. Now I admit 8-4 is no longer satisfactory and Lee should start with Hatch and Jefferson coming in to run the ball on occassion.

I think of all the big games he has coached in, Les wanted this one most of all-right up there with the BCSCG. $atin never beat Tubby at home, and Les has to still be pissed over Refgate06 and the Chop Block against the face of our program. And he was so cool the entire time. For all the talk about him not being a good in-game coach, we sure looked like we were prepared coming out for the 2nd half. And when someone screws up, he gets in their face, briefly, then throws them right back out there. No wonder the players respond to him so well.

A really great post, Speedy. Even though I was aware of most all of it, I thoroughly enjoyed reviewing LFM's accomplishments.

Do any of you realize that only a few years ago (before they put the overtime rules) Les would be 37-3-3. That is just sick. He has lost 6 games and only 2 of them were not competitive up to the very last second. This man is amazing.

Speedy, if there is time, do you think you can do that kind of coaching performance post in comparision with the other MNC Coaches in the SEC for their current team? or some type of other SEC coaching comparison?
