This list was clearly made by a Michigan/Big10 Homer.
The backup running back for Michigan is #17. The majority of this list is Big10. Nice effort to throw in a bit of the rest of the country, but I'm calling bullshite!!

Smith played one play last year and is in the top 100 on what merit? Practice and size? Yes I’m a huge fan and hope he beasts out but this is pure speculation. If it is a guesstimating I’d have him at #15.
