Um, LSU won the SEC title in 1986. Not exactly the Wilderness

There are some tremendous sports documentary type things on 30 for 30, so I look forward to seeing this.
I think Bo Rein would have potentially been an outstanding coach.
Now a question for those of you who recall the discussion about his hiring--if I recall correctly, there was some concern that he was not a strong believer in the passing game, though he was innovative and a strong advocate of the Veer. I realize this was in the time period from 79-80.
I would like to think that if Rein had not died in that tragic crash, he would recruited the players he needed to run that offense and been successful.
