we didnt have alot of players drafted because unlike previous years, most juniors are returning. If fehoko, lawrence, divinity, and fulton would have declared thay most likely would have all been drafted.

Edit: Next year our defense is gonna get gutted by the draft.
Lawrence
Fehoko
Delpit
Divinity
Chaisson
Phillips
Fulton

The fact that we return one of the most experienced teams in the country has something to do with the lower number drafted. There's talent there, just young

This is a dumb take

LSU had a lot of players come back. The coaches did a good job convincing a lot of the kids who could have potentially left to come back. Has nothing to do with lack of talent left. LSU is loaded with a lot of future and current NFL ready talent.

Hopefully they can have a breakout year with all the kids returning. They certainly have the talent to have a big year.

Maybe.

Hit it hard because this is the last year ever that this viewpoint will have any validity.

2019 and beyond is 100% on Orgeron.

Last four recruiting classes under Miles: #6, #2, #5, #2.

Recruiting wasn't the problem with Miles.

Right. We had several draftable players return.

One offensive player drafted, and that in the forth round. LSU will have only two senior starters on offense next year - Burrow and Damien Lewis, both transfers that O brought in. It’s hard to fluff up Miles’ last offensive classes.

You can't. There's a point to be made. The cupboard offensively was close to bare.

You’re the guy that still hates the girl that dumped him in 8th grade even though he is 40 and married with 3 kids.

Maybe if 0 and E weren't running one the worst offenses in the nation we'd get more guys drafted. But you're right, it's the guy that hasn't been here for 3 years fault.
