Well we may not have seen him in a lot of game action but if you've ever heard any interview with him, watched the spring game, or read any of the scouting reports on Mett they all say the same thing... He ain't scared and can throw the deep ball with accuracy... I'll go with that for now.

I think it's a play action pass to Landry streaking down the sideline or a seam route down the middle of the field... I think Les wants to make a statement early that we're not afraid to throw the ball deep and this is not last years offense.
So of course I would have to say Mett to Landry for the 1st TD.

about mett: i have a friend of mine who is a manager at a restaurant around campus and he's told me that RS comes in there a lot and they've struck up a friendship... whenever my buddy mentions Mettenburgenheimer, he said RS's eyes light up and he gets excited.. you can tell a difference
