5 or 6 blatant calls that went Auburn's way. Anytime we made a play, out came the flags. I have zero doubt it was fixed.

That was an NC caliber team that was denied. Still makes my blood boil thinking about it. frick Auburn.

was that the interference on Doucet at the end of the game or the Hester first down/non-fumble game?

Yep. David Irons clear holding/PI in the end zone. Multiple favorable spots for Auburn. It was the twilight zone.

I was at that game at Auburn sitting in the lower bowl LSU section.

JoJo LaFell was mugged in the endzone right in front of me. No holding call. I remember Early Doucet was held at the opposite end of the field with no call. Last but not least, I think there were no calls involving Jacob Hester.

Zebras were definitely pro Auburn.

This is still the worst call I've ever seen.

Calling PI when it was a clear PI and then picking up the flag may be mine. It was so blatantly cheating.

The 2004 game was just as bad.

2006 was worse.

Nobody remembers Lafell getting mugged in the endzone in the first half but that was one of the most egregious no calls in history

LSU wins the 2006 National Title with a win that day. We would have played in Atlanta and rematched with Florida and there was NO ONE better than LSU the last two months the year (except for a shitty performance against Mississippi).

I just got mad again. Lot of focus on the no call at the end of the game, but it was the entire game that was bogus.

Man I miss the day we blamed the refs rather than every person involved in LSU football

No doubt. LSU should have won the conference and would have rolled UFs arse the second time. Firmly believe that.

Yup. I was there. Still mad as hell about it.

Also blame miles for handcuffing offense that day.

Too be fair, Brandon Lafell dropped everything that year so he probably drops that too

Just thinking about that game makes me mad. I was there too. I remember the smug Auburn fans after the game. We were 2 or 3 touchdowns better than them.
