would like to hear your projections

looks like we had a couple of great commitments the past 24 hours. music to my ears :)
who do you think the final four will be and roughly where will we finish? someone will be able to look back and say i told you so in a couple of weeks.
i think we land the DE from tx, commited to fsu and the cb howard, the juco WR, and a couple of steals too finish at number THREE!!
but i of course, am an optimist :)

You can never be to sure with predicting who we actually get to sign but I think we get (LB)Phillips, (CB) Howard, (WR) Patterson, and maybe we get Liggins at QB but I doubt he would actually stay at QB. I could see him moving to TE or DE if he comes to LSU. I would love for us to land Mario Edwards but realistically I don't think he'll go anywhere but FSU but I hope I'm wrong.
If we ended with these recruits I would be thrilled:

Is Howard on campus this weekend? I thought he cancelled. Or he is coming next weekend? I'm confused. Wasn't he pissed with lack of communication or so he claims?

Hill enrolled thursday, I think and rumor from twitter was that Phillips is commiting today.
I don't think we have a prayer at Howard, especially after reading his comments that insinuated he doesn't feel the love from LSU, and I don't think we get Edwards, eventhough I think we will make a very good case, I think the friendship with his fellow FSU commitments will pull him to FSU on NSD.
I think we get Phillips, hoping we get Patterson, although I haven't heard much about him, I also think we ultimately get Liggins.

I think that Howard is basically done with us. I think that the staff doesn't think he's serious and is backing off. At least that's what I hope.
But if I had to guess at this point.
I used to think:
Thompson
Hill
Phillips
Howard
Surprise
Alexander
Right now. Since Hill is officially a commit. We are at 20, so:
Phillips
Alexander
1 or 2 Surprises

I really don't think we sign 25. there might be a few guys that are under the radar that we might be able to nab. I think Phillips and Alexander are your safest bets to get in this class. Edwards seems like a long shot, and I don't think Thompson is that interested by his tweets, but I still see us signing 1 or 2 big prospect surprises. Maybe Alexander is one of them, but I think that we'll get one of the DBs, and maybe some guy that we don't even know. Things are not looking nearly as bright as they did a month ago.
But if I had to guess at this point.

I think we land Phillips and Liggins. I also think we flip Thompson from A&M. The remaining couple of spots will remain unfilled or taken by scrubs.
I think we will finish ranked somewhere between #12-15.

Like I said a somewhat educated guess. Couple of things I'm basing my guess on is the way he reacted to the OM visit and the fact that he has stated that depth is very important. Who has the best depth chart position of the group? I can argue LSU. Like I said no real confidence in any of the guys aside from Moore if we offer.
Depth just starting caliber depth for next year because he is a JC kid

I disagree. Not to say you're dead wrong, but I just can't see why he would not want to come here. He would most likely see playing time right away, which has to be important to him b/c he's a JUCO transfer. If he chooses UGA, he won't play much b/c of their returning talent at WR. Just my opinion though.

I doubt Ole Miss beats us but I am very worried about Auburn and Georgia.

UGA fans think Patterson would start immediately as do Auburn fans.
He has a great relationship with Trooper and they may turn up the heat because they have lost on Louis and most likely Diggs.
He likes the idea of playing with Murray at UGA. He could make that offense very good and probably best in the SEC.
