Which Texas A&M players jump ship?

Who do y'all think we have the best chance of getting when Texas A&M players leave the program in droves? I know we were number 2 or 3 for a couple of those freshmen they have, but I do not remember specifically who they were.

Jacoby Mathews would be my number one target to begin with.
I would say Denver Harris as well, but he’s already been suspended twice after only being on campus for several months

I don’t think we should take anyone that was suspended… unfortunately, that includes Denver Harris. I think we could get Mathews or Moss. It would be hard to say no to Evan or Shemar Stewart. Cooper could probably start for us at LB next year if he decided to leave.

Yes to Mathews, but Harris is a no for me. He’s already been suspended twice I believe. We don’t need that in our program.

I wouldn't touch Harris for anything! He is nothing but trouble and a locker room cancer.

Harris has NFL ability and whatever he decides (assuming transfer) could well be his last shot. I can’t see any school making NIL investment, but someone needs to get in his ear that he’s quickly running out of chances if he wants to be drafted. I’d like to think BK can tame him to focus, but that’s his call.

Harris wouldn’t be doing those things here ? Kelly has shown that he knows how to get players in line! Jimbo created a culture of entitlement when they purchased this class!

The A&M boosters will simply up the NIL cash to keep as many recruits as they can keep. Money is what motivated all of those recruits to go there in the first place, so I imagine most of them will probably demand a raise in NIL deals which will keep them at bay. They'll still be dogshit regardless because literally their entire 2022 class is inexperienced freshman, jimbo fricked up by not getting transfer portal players.

You have to believe Kelly would be quick to cut bait with problematic players too. In the end, it feels like CBK is committed to installing “professional” development. If these men want to get to the league and make an impact, they will have to be able to manage themselves. Trying to rely solely on talent alone usually doesn’t end well outside of the 20-30 rare cases throughout history.

If jacoby Matthew’s is willing to convert to Lb then maybe take him as a project.
I’d be willing to look at any DTs who dip out as well.
In all honesty though, I don’t think anyone on that team out side CB or Bryce Anderson makes this team so much better that they are worth the potential cultural issues.

When you have an attitude of I don't give a shite about team rules, committment to a team, and consequences, that is a cancer to a team. Maybe he changes, but the best indicator of the future is the past. One mess up is one thing, but two in a matter of weeks, says something different. I guarantee these suspensions are just the things he has done which people know about.

I was driving in to work and listening to ESPNU Full ride with Childers and Neuheisel and they had Mike Farrell on and he said there is more stuff coming and if Jimbo doesn't get to 7-5 I think it was, maybe 8-4, he hinted it is 50/50 he could be fired.
