Very few coaches can keep those players under control. Maybe only Nick Saban. Jimbo is a prime example of failing with too much talent.

Well….Kiffen IS the current largest ego in the SEC, now that Saban is gone.

People on this board greatly underestimate Kiffin. He's a great coach

I know right it’s almost like people judge coaches on accomplishments

Yet...they will probably get to Atlanta next season, if not win the SEC

Their schedule is laughable outside of LSU, Georgia, and Oklahoma.

They are all in for 2024. Smart move by them, as this will be their best chance ever to win something big

Kiffin helped manage maybe the most arrogant/ego driven teams many of us have ever seen as a young man in his 20s at USC. Hes been around football his entire life. If anyone can handle ego its him. They have a strategy of going all in for 24. Let's see what happens. Talking about it isn't gonna make or break their season.

People also forget that their best offensive player from last season is on Ohio State’s roster now.

Exactly how tough do you think LSU’s schedule is next year? Alabama and aTm are rebuilds. USC was 5-4 in the PAC-12 and lost their all-everything QB. UCLA isn’t even that. Sun Belt Billy wasn’t even bowl eligible and will be fired after 2024. South Carolina too wasn’t bowl eligible. OU had a three game losing streak in the middle of their weak Big 12 schedule and were then run over by Arizona in their bowl game.

Ole Miss is probably LSU’s toughest game next year.

Whose schedule is laughable?

You would never in a million years be saying he’s a great coach if he was LSUs coach.

Ohio State has kind of quietly accumulated a pretty solid group of transfers.
