I just posted this on the rant, but I know Coach O and he told me that he just got done talking with the kid and he's gonna be a Tiger. He said he's never recruited a kid that couldn't academically qualify. "If I go after him, he'll 100% make the necessary grades." Plus he told me (grinning ear to ear) that the kids arse is this wide(holding out his hands about 3Xs the width of him). So it's safe to say BeBe is gushing over his new NT.

He's a mountain and exactly what Aranda needs to mix up a true 3-4. Will be interesting to see how fast he can get into shape. The La heat may be tough on him for a few months.

We need him in shape by October 8th for Florida, which is very doable IMO.

Really glad to see him getting back in order. Its a really a shame when guys waste potential due to not caring in the classroom.

6'3" 330. How'd you like to see that across the line from you?

If this kid steps foot on the field, I have a feeling a little angry frustration may be demonstrated.

Unleash that beast.

Ill reserve my judgment until he shows up to fall camp in shape and qualified. Sure, the news is exciting for the need the tigers have at pure nose tackle, but am I penciling him in before lac and Devon. Not a chance. Saying he is gonna play end as it stands anyway if you out stock in rumor. But in all reality how much can a guy who hasn't played and been out of football shape since high school really contribute from day one? Hed be like any other guy adjusting to SEC strength and speed, the only thing this corrects if he does make it on campus is if Edwin Alexander and Andre Anthony do not qualify. Depth takes a hit he could fill along the third unit. Do not get your hopes up thinking this guy instantly gets a starters spot and becomes Terence cody with basically zero game time college experience at this level. Its just not a rational or logical prediction. If he makes it hes at best a rotational player with marginal impact in situational snaps only. That said, would I like him to be Ashawn Robinson immediately, sure... Do I think he will? Pretty sure that's clear....

If Valentine becomes eligible and is ready go when the season starts and if Buggs comes to LSU do either start are do they both become second line depth guys. How would they most likely be used?

My bad. For some reason I thought he was a transfer that was deciding where to go to play for this season. We will need him in 2017 too.

Ideal nose guard
Requires double team
Disruptive force in middle.
Added depth and competition among the big uglies

I have same concern as Cali.
This has all the earmarks of over-hype, EXCEPT Da CoachO's enthusiasm.
Hope my concerns are not well grounded.

Only used relevant tackles in well established 3-4 systems. Whether youre a fan of either program, those two are prime examples of what wed like valentine to be. That said....my father was ticket manager in the 90s I remember being in the stadium late after Alabama has beaten us by like 30 that year when I was a kid...their band played for 3 hours after the stadium had cleared and me and my two little brothers had to sit and listen waiting for pops to get off work....my hatred for all things bama was solidified then and there. Never will forget that. Hate hate hate.
