So far all I've seen is an upgrade to Speedy Noil and Myles Garrett. I think both are now 5*

Noil moved up to the #22 spot from the #55 spot.
Still has him listed as a "96-grade" 4* though.

They wait to upgrade them to 5* later because they don't generally want to downgrade. By the end of the year, anyone in the top 30 will be a 5* though.

if you look in the timeline on Noil, you can see a Mar 21 entry of upgrade to 98. Not sure why they are mismatched on some pages still. Supposedly they are going to be doing this all day though so maybe it just won't look right til tonight.

It has them in a new order, but I'm still seeing the old ranking numbers next to the names.
