I'm sure it's painfully obvious the discrepancies between the rankings of one site that has scouted and looked over the tapes of La. kids and one that has said "I went to La. last year two weekends straight, and I saw what I needed to see."
Look, I still look at Rivals but as far as evaluating everyone they rank, or not rank, is getting a little out of hand. They're getting lazy and it seems to be becoming a UGA/UF/ALA type site.
All of these comments and this writeup just proves the fact that Rivals probably hasn't even looked at the La. kids like they've broke down kids from the far southeast.

If ur an Lsu fan, then tigersportsdigest os the way to go. The job Shea, randy, mike, emily, shipp and others do is awesome. And not just on football recruiting.
Alls sites are good. I just hate when an average fan that thinks they know everything uses rivals as the recruiting bible.

I love it. Basically every Louisiana player got a bump. Simply awesome, its about time our talent gets rated properly.

exactly thats why I let my subscription run out they have gotten extremely lazy and its just not recently has been a shitty site for recruiting news for the last two years. They still have great video though on recruits and if you want to find out news on other teams besides LA like the ones you named its perfect for you.

LSU definitely needs a few more LBs in this class. Especially since Louis is getting a look at RB first and Granier is a huge question mark right now. We need a MLB for sure in this class, IMO.

I think all they have of Beckwith is QB footage, but it's the general consensus that he will be a DE/DT hybrid type guy. Usually it is a few teams that will see a position change with a player, but I don't think anyone sees him as a QB
