This has become a common theme on here, but I don't recall any legitimate top prospect ever taking an official to Hawaii. I don't think Hawaii would bother unless it was a player they thought they had a chance to sign.

You're probably right. It's still money that would have to come out of a recruiting budget that I would assume is pretty pathetic.

Hawaii visit should be the first one...I saw somewhere that they might drop football for budget reasons.

I think I would be more worried if he didn't take his official visits. This is the "coolest" time of these kids lives where everyone wants them! Thing that I find cool about his visits is Ala. is NOT one of them!
