I believe Bell runs the same 40 or has. Plus Bell is a more polished receiver than this guy from what I know. And I notice people never say this about Bell but he has very good hands, something often overlooked on these boards.

he doesn't have any grade problems..he's just been a late-riser and he's such a good athlete for his high school team that he hasnt spent enough time polishing his skills..but once he does take the time and coaches decide on one position for him..watch out

Just because a kid is slightly taller, slighty heavier, and slightly faster doesnt mean he's slightly better. Some kids translate to college better than others.

First, I think youre underestimating Bell here.
Second, I think youre overestimating Johnson.

Their offer sheets should say enough.

i'm not doing either. I'm asking a question. I stated that I don't know much about him. And usually kids that "translate to college better than others" are the ones that have all the measurables. It's why we pass on very good linebackers that are 5-10 or 5-11. And no their offers sheets do not say enough. Should I look at Willford's offer sheet and assume that the coaching staff has made a huge mistake? What Johnson ends up getting his offer? Does that mean all of a sudden he's a much better player?

No, dont get so personal. What I meant was dont assume Johnson is as good or better than Bell because of his height, weight, speed. Bell is just as fast and more polished. He has great hands. He's been running in a spread offense his whole high school career. Johnson maybe a great athlete, but Bell is a football player, knows how to get open and play the game.
