This is why I quit paying for recruiting info. I canceled my subscription after the Marvin Wilson and Mathis fiasco last year

its why I've largely stopped following recruiting until the tail end now.

If it's one thing that's become abundantly clear, it's that these days commitments generally don't mean anything at all.

The kids commit to the first school they like, then decommit later. They then want to be rerecruited and "officially" commit and "shut it down" late in the process.

Actually ...

Dunham is not the same school, academically, as it was 15 to 20 years ago.

Last year's average ACT score was 26.7. And the average for the honor students was 31.

Last year 100% of all AP Calculus students made a perfect 5 on the AP exam.

I'm not saying they're not other good academic schools in Baton Rouge as well. However, the academics at The Dunham School are not laughable.
