I still am waiting for that huge performance against an elite, well-coached, athletic defense.

The 220/3 vs Lufkin as a sophomore wasn't impressive? The 5 TDs against Ridgeway TN, 346/5 against St. Amant, 5 TDs-2 rushing 2 passing and 1 receiving-against HLB in the playoffs weren't huge performances? He scored 7 or 8 TDs against Ouachita this year in 2 games. Just saying damn man...whatcha want...

I know, you're talking about the Curtis and Landry Walker games. Curtis, he did what he could do with the opportunities he was given. Landry Walker, an illegal crown of the helmet hit to his helmet took him out of the game. He was on pace for 100+ yards rushing and a couple touchdowns.

I'm eager to see what he does this year though. I think he will have a special year.

The kid (Donte Starks) actually played elsewhere last year and transferred back to John Ehret.

Ehret is going to be very good next year. A lot of talent returning from that team, just had no offense. I could see a 14-7 type game against West Monroe in that first game.

You baiting me JJ?

I know you are well-rehearsed in the game having coached to know that Lufkin does not play defense whatsoever. They haven't in years. Atrocious.

Ridgeway was and is dog poo. Never liked them on the schedule and definitely would be below average here in Louisiana--reminded me of Ferriday with athletes and no coaching.

Ouachita??? Hmmm...... Ouachita was gawd-awful last year. Offensively they were very good it seemed, but defensively they had one of the worse defenses they have ever had out there from what I saw. Never thought I would see such a soft group. Ouachita didn't even have one athlete worth a frick on the front line. Their linebackers were undersized and their defensive backs were doing all the work.

Curtis, Madison-Central, and LW were elite, well-coached, and athletic. I knew it and you knew it and every other fan knew it when the schedule came out (LW in the playoffs obviously)

Bolden wasn't the only one with the crown to the helmet. That missile hit Coleman too. Took them both out. But, Bolden's wasn't until the late 3rd. We had the one good drive early, but after that he couldn't breathe without getting hit. Foust actually performed very well after he went out. Will miss his production.

Madison Central just skull-drug the offense for 3 freaking quarters. Then Foust came in and engineered the tying drives.

You could make the case in those games coaching came into play as they should have had Foust out there early and used Bolden in the slot to loosen those defense's up more.

But, along with other West Monroe fans who were disappoint, we are just fans. Not coaches.

obviously.. I'm a ranter.

You ok? The doc?

Hope all is well.

I wasn't dogging on Bolden whatsoever. He had a great game against Zachary, and that is a game I glossed over. Played very well.......when he went to the slot

So man disappoint WM fans because of this. You know what I am referring to.

Nah, I'm over Neurology. Tech quit on me so I'm doing all the tests at the moment. That's why I'm going to miss the game Friday.

Sorry you are going to miss. My dad is headed down there with some family tomorrow themselves.

I actually had a cousin who played on the baseball team back in the 80's. Was very good. He will be going too.

Going to attempt to translate:

You are over a neurology department somewhere, but the technical equipment has stopped working, so you are doing it manually?

Yea, that is more important than the game. But, they will be on the NFHS Network. I'll be watching.
