Was just thinking, "why would a young man want to fight 20-30 degree weather and gale force winds in Michigan or Ohio on a daily basis when it's 40 degree warmer here in Louisiana...makes no sense to me...Merry Christmas to all of LSU 2017 recruiting class!

I bet their boards are saying the same thing when it's preseason camp time in August and 100 plus degrees.

Maybe weather isn't that important. Maybe things like relationships, coaching staffs and academics play a role sometimes. Just a thought.

Because apparently 17-year-old kids are not simple minded like you.

Recruiting importance for me would have been:

1. Where can I bang the hottest broads.
2. See 1
3. See 2
4. See 3

205. Weather

OSU just had what some say is the best draft class in history. All these kids think they are future first rounders who go to OSU or LSU or Bama so recent drafts really matter to them

Summers are hot everywhere, winters aren't cold everywhere

But yes by august it's starting to cool up north. I've lived in Chicago and I'll take 100 in august over freezing my arse off all winter 10 out of 10 times. Up to the individual kid i guess

It is different for different recruits, but also which school provides the best NFL preparation is important to many of them.
