of Memphis, has canceled his trip to Baton Rouge on January 16th in favor of a trip to Oxford. Anybody know of the validity?

I doubt he comes here. I mean, would you want to be second fiddle to Rueben Randle your entire college career?

To be fair, he only eliminated us after we eliminated him and stopped calling.

Bama's main selling point to RR is to come be second fiddle to JJ.

Brown is a Memphis THUG! You or UT can have him!

Talking out of your backside, I see. He goes to Harding Academy, the same high school I went to. It is an INCREDIBLY strict Christian school. I still know plenty of people in and around the school, and I have never heard of any problems with this guy.

Brown has gotten some guidance from the school's athletic director, Kevin Starks, who graduated in the same class as me. Starks received some D1 interest in football, which continued to his senior year. His main love was basketball, where he was McDonald's AA Honerable Mention. He was a very high rated national player early in his career, but he topped out around 6', so all the D1 schools backed off of him. He was a strong Christian and wanted to play basketball rather than football, so he went to Abeline Christian. The point is, Brown has had some help through the whole process from someone familiar with recruiting and hasn't gotten in any notable trouble. He's not a "Memphis Thug." It does sound like you are a "Nashville Snob." I've met plenty of those.

Georgia leads for this big guy. Florida, Tennessee and Ohio State are also very much in it, and he will visit Florida, Tennessee and Ole Miss in the next three weeks. Signing day decision.

I've heard this opinion on here before. I disagree.

The guy is huge, runs very good for his size, has great hands and attacks the ball in the air.

I'd love to hear you describe why you think he will not be good.
