Yes he does and he whacked Peveto from having anything to do with LBs immediately.

Go talk to any recruit and see how much the relationship with a position coach or lead recruiter weighs into the decision. They are going off to college and need to feel comfortable in whatever environment they choose and those relationships provide them with a level of comfort.

Yes of course it should affect him in some way. However he is from Baton Rouge so I'm sure he would be more comfortable at his local college than any other. Like I stated before I believe the firing may have helped his decision but he definitely had his doubts on playing at LSU.
