Schools photoshop athletes in their uniforms all the time as a recruiting tool. Not a violation.

But it's supposed to be just for the recruit's eyes. They're not supposed to distribute the pic or put it up on the stadium screen. Can't be sent out our displayed to the general public and the stadium screen is seen as doing just that. Those pics you see are ones that the recruit posts what was sent to him personally.

That was a violation because he sent it publicly, not because the photoshop existed.

He's going to wrap it up with breakfast tomorrow morning. My sources are telling me that a cheese omelet and chocolate chip waffles will be served with a cold glass of OJ.
