Numbers without Miller

I don't see a recent numbers thread:
So assuming reports are right and we get J. Hill - that puts us at 21 total commits, with 7 EE. Correct me if I'm wrong, but we need additional losses to sign more - we're losing 21 total scholarship players (including Claiborne, Randle, Shephard), and any other would have to greyshirt.
There is much speculation that we lose Davis as well, and I've heard very recent rumors that Avery is now looking at Florida in earnest since BG's departure. Assuming we lose one of them, that leaves us one more spot before greyshirting happens, and Lorenzo Phillips will likely fill that slot.
Am I wrong about any of this, aside from the rumor/speculation?

I don't know the source of the Davis talk - I've just read several of the relatively well-informed posters taking him heading off for granted.
When I talk about smoke around Avery I'm talking about stuff from the last two days - he scheduled a visit late January with his whole family at Florida. Miller and Gonzales leaving doesn't help.

There's a sticky on the Rant saying brockers is gone. Montgomery already said he wasnt leaving.

Shep's gone. If the others stay and we get Hill and Lorenzo that puts us at +1 if I'm not mistaken. I don't have any information at all on it, so take my wild guesses with a large grain of salt. My guesses would be that Holmes, Sandolph and Ferguson would be our most likely greyshirt options, assuming none of the older players lose their scholarship. More likely we have around 2-3 guys leave the program (that's our average turnover) and we have space for the same number of more guys.
I guess I'd rather Brockers bolt than Montgomery; Freak should be able to take a larger load next year.

We can always hope. Shep deserves a chance to shine with a good QB next year, but I digress. I'm beginning to suspect that we're going to get Corey Thompson, Lorenzo Phillips, and one of the big out of state guys to finish out. Is there any way we sign 4-5? I don't think so unless we have some unexpected turnover in the class or the program.

Big Brook and Claiborne GONE.RR still considering ,Avery LSU.Miller gone because of numbers because we will sign one to two recruits we didn't think we had a chance at. We used to lose player and say good,we must be after recruit that fits us better. Now recruit leaves or goes somewhere else and you guys blow up,wow they leaving because we suck..We were 2nd best team in country,wake the hell up before we end up as Tulane.No disrepect to Tulane.
