re: Bobby Valentine.....

He's been awful. Bullpen use has been terrible, and he's always popping off for no reason. Of course he could be Tony La Russa and Connie Mack's lovechild and they would still be below .500 with the underperformance/injuries....
Brandon Taylor will be a 6-7 round/UDFA type guy. No way in hell he goes in the 2nd.
This is just wrong. Brandon Taylor's stock has done nothing but rise since the season because of a strong showing at the senior bowl and combine, and more importantly the lack of safeties in the dr...
This sort of thing happens more often than you'd think. The 5A state tournament usually has at least one stud pitcher that throws 2 games' worth in 2 days...
Don't know what the hell film this guy watched, but half of what he said was complete bullshite since JR didn't display that shite in college....no vision, no pocket presence, no intuition.
Dear Lord...Russell was at his best on the move. [link=(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uj7q...
I'm pretty sure Worle transferred. So not sure how he'd get tickets, unless he got some from big J.C. Copeland....
Saw him play in high school, the kid can play. He would fit in very well with this team because of his length and slashing ability on the perimeter....
I see what you're saying, but JR was never going anywhere but the 1st round...QB's are in such demand that with his measurables and production he would have been in the same situation regardless what year he started....

So many people in this thread with no grasp of what makes a first rounder. I would put chances like this for LSU Close to a lock- Montgomery Mingo Looking good- Mathieu Simon Work to do- Faulk Hurst Reid(mostly because safety isn't typically a premium first round choice)...
None are even in the top 250. Bama has at least 10. I am not going back to count them.
Neither of those things are true. Shut up...
BPCC is going to get a good pitcher.
Fixed it...
JEFFERSON, JORDAN LOUISIANA ST QB09 QB
Great for Jordan! But this will be awful for those of us on this site. Now we will have to hear people cry about Lee not being invited...

Why would he move? He's damn good at RB. Although he probably should have redshirted....
F---. And that's being kind, I could have continued with the minuses....
I think our defense hinges on two things. If Craig Loston (or maybe Ronald Martin) can step up to replace Brandon Taylor and Freak or Ego can step up to replace Brock we will be absolutely amazing. Our pass rush figures to be even better this year now that Mingo will be getting more snaps, so if Los...
Now Saban is making in-roads into New Orleans...Before you know it, LSU will only be left with LEFTOVERS while Saban takes what he wants.
Please leave and never come back....

Where is the Davis talk coming from? And I've read multiple places that Avery is solid......
Bobby asked the tough question and I'm glad he did right after the game. However, he is dragging it out and comes off as bitter that his son didn't play. Miles screwed up but I think bobby needs to move on. Btw I'm pretty sure T-BOb wouldn't want this whole spectacle, he's been nothing but a grea...
What makes you think he deserves to play and just isn't a bust like other highly recruited, talented players?
Dude he has been effective when we get him the ball. He is electric in space, but we forget about him for games at a time......

re: Why Mett didn't play.

The didn't know the playbook angle is hilarious. As if we run some complicated NFL style passing game. JJ (and Lee to a lessor extent) make up their mind before the snap and lock on for the duration of the play. No reading coverages, going through progressions, nada. Mett could do that, heck most go...
I'm pretty sure Montgomery already announced he's coming back. Claiborne is gone, and I pray that Mett is in Randle's ear...he could have a BIG year catching passes from that cannon....
