What's LSU's status with Noah Cain if Emery is on board?

We probably keep pushing until we have Davis and Emery signed for sure... after that, probably shift focus a bit and still keep contact. Cain most likely ends up at Texas or Ohio State if we get Emery.

if Emery comes aboard I don't think we get Cain as well. We may target Mike Hollins at uhigh though. CEO would like a min of 2 backs this class up to 3.

Shea Dixon said he thinks LSU would take all 3, but he's not sure if all 3 would want on board.

100% LSU would take all 3. Just convincing them to all join is the hard part.

Good news - we have a proven track record of sharing the ball, going back to Jeremy Hill, at least.

People forget that among all the genetic lottery winners (Hill, LF7, Guice), Darrel Williams put up some nice numbers and is in the league with KC right now.

So if LSU gets Davis, Emery, and Cain, what happens with Provens? Dude is fast, imho could make a good wr or h-back. Or would he be "processed"? I sure hope not, a great athlete.

Could play defensive back, too. He is one of the best "football players" in his class - just a matter of finding the right fit.

Provens could be an offensive weapon. He is a good back with great hands. I think he will emerge eventually, but time will tell.

We simply need Emery locked up then every thing else falls into place.
